You can ask for help here, however I'd prefer to only help if you are using an Emulator in legal terms - i.e. have a hard copy of whatever game you are trying to play or are using a legitimate backup and not a pirated version.

Emulators are programs people made up to put on your PC, PSP, Xbox, PS2, Or 3, Sega Dream Cast, and more. They let you play old Snes games, like Mario and Zelda {do not do this if you don't own the games!} Like, say you owned Pokemon red, old version, and you wanted to have more files. You'd download an emulator and dump your pokemon game onto you PC, again, only if you have the games! Then, you can Play that game on your PC, or on the go if you have a PSP....Understand? |

And whatever medium, such as a PSP - it can bring legal issues if you do not own the game. For example, I'm about to put Final Fantasy VIII on my own PSP when I get the chance, however I have a copy (well, multiple copies) of the game and therefore am allowed to copy my game's disc data to my computer purely for backup or emulation purposes in either possibility of: a disc breaking or no longer working, theft, or the system used to play it on breaks down and within that time I can use other mediums such as my PC or PSP to play said game.
Additionally, downloading games is frowned upon as it loses profit to the companies that have developed, and localized the products and basically stops the staff from getting their due payment/pay. Not to mention, games up for download generally contain viruses and other nasties so it makes more sense to actually emulate your own copy of the games you have either been given (as a present or something) or have paid for instead of having to deal with issues with the law and having to fix your computer or whatever medium used to emulate after malware-caused issues. The law issue is the main one, I'd like to note that SquareSoft/Square-Enix and Nintendo are VERY keen-eyed when it comes to things such as this so, it's best to be on the safe side.
