Glitchy Screen - Page 2

I only use it because I'm too stingy to buy proper recording software. It's alright for plain video recording, but then I need to record the audio separately if it's what is causing the problem.

Had a speak with my tech guy, and he says the same thing. CamStudio is FAR out dated.

And maybe you should be a little flamboyant with your money?

Anyway, I know it's just that I haven't been able to use my money on really anything (it's a long story) so I've just been using CamStudio for the meantime of when I can eventually get software to do the job correctly. Still, the main issue is... if it's not CamStudio then I don't know what's causing UTOC.

Well, Bloodymare wasn't causing the problem. But with CamStudio there was minor UTOC.

However, CamStudio and other recorders don't cause UTOC (I've been through 30+ of them today alone) which means that it could be caused by something in the temporary files or I'm going to have to reinstall all of my codecs and stuff again.

I've been double-checking stuff. Was going to buy Fraps or HyperCam, but they aren't working on my computers - errors so I'm still using CamStudio but since it's free I can also record the audio with Audacity. *Stingy*

You are SERIOUSLY a little OVER tight with the whole money thing. If you need something that badly, buy it. or save up for it and then buy it.

And i think i might stop posting in here..... im not exactly being relivent or helpfull=/ lol.

I'm not the one being tight over the money issue. If it were up to me, I'd already have a bunch of software by now.

So, at the moment I'm still going through any other possibilities or overall theories of what could be causing the issue.
