I'm a huge fan of The Next Generation, but the second TNG film (First Contact) was the last Star Trek-related thing I found to be absolutely stunning. Since then the franchise has been heading steadily downhill for me. Without Roddenberry there to guide the creation of new series it's been kind of fizzling.
