I'm already tired from walking here and there and I got chickens to slice up and an apartment to clean then lasagna to make. At some point, I must think of a strategy for the dessert competition next month. Alright, since I'm going up against pastry chefs, I predict they'll waste a lot of time trying to impress with complex garnishes or over garnish or complicate the dish in some way.

The qualifications are sugar decoration, chocolate, flour, and a sorbet or ice cream. So maybe I'll do a chocolate mille-feuille or galette with the sorbet of an in-season Spring fruit finished off with some sort of liquer or coffee syrup or something. Damn, I'm still disappointed at the competition being changed to desserts rather than the hot food competition.

Well I'm gonna lie down. Typing is hard. Harder now ever since I spilled Coke on this thing.
