Yes, I also approve this Bio. for use in Leviathan Project. My only request is that the part about researchers giving him a psychostimulant symbiont be altered to be a drug (I have a drug for this world already that does something very much like what you describe called Black Eye). The Symbiont will be given to the character during the opening posts of the RP it's self but having been given the stimulant drug, the effects could be very ammusing for all concerned. He will also be given a power armored suit as you describe.
