As much as I loved FF7, I think that they need to leave it alone. They might end up damaging FF7 in the process, and when you think about it, they cannot really convert some of the lighthearted scenes to a fully voice acted game that looks a little more serious than the little sprite and textbox games. Some of FF7 might not come across very good in some instances, but in others, I agree it would rock.
I think SE need to focus on making new titles rather than continuing to remake old ones.
