But it doesn't make much sense if the people welcoming the new user are getting post count as well, because spammers would then only be welcoming someone to make their imaginative e-penis 1/9 of a centimeter longer.
However, my post count seems to be unaffected unless this problem has been fixed already. >_>
And if it has, someone is lacking in common sense.
