I've heard it, it's pretty impressive, just as anything the Black Mages do is!
One Winged Angel just gets it for me. But then all the FFVII games or movies I've seen have great music (even DoC, go Gackt!!) They thought more about the atmosphere with those soundtracks, and there's more thematic development which ties it all together. I did miss Nobuo Uematsu in DoC though, I thought Vincent's theme was underused and would have been suited to that game.
FFX is also a great one, I love the Orchestral version of Suketi Da Ne, and again the themes appear lots of times, so they create a sense of familarity.
