damn... I'd have to say the hottest guys were Auron in X, Baralai or Gippal (tie) in X-2, and Balthier or Vossler (another tie) in XII.
as for girls, I don't swing that way lol but hey, I can say who I think is the prettiest! Rikku in X, Lulu in X-2, and Penelo in XII.
