I think Microsoft just can't hack it that Final Fantasy has stuck with the PS3. They were just scared that PS3 would sky-rocket in popularity around the time of Fabula Nova Crystalis releases.
It really comes down to the point that the Xbox 360 has $%# all popularity in Japan. I don't know of many Final Fantasy fans that own a 360 though, most of them have stuck with consoles that they know will have FF games on them. Like me, since the good old PS1 days I stuck to the PS2 because of Final Fantasy X, then I bought a DS because FFIII and Crystal Chronicles (which I never ended up buying) and then FFTA2 which I'm still saving to get. Then the PSP, which I originally wasn't going to get, but because my brother wanted one, I couldn't just WATCH him play Crisis Core and Dissidia now could I

.
Now the PS3...hope they have a massive price drop. Oh, another thing, the next-gen game ridiculous prices. If games now cost about $99, $110 Australian, then I wonder how much FFXIII and Versus XIII is going to be?
