Vincent Valentine is NOT in any of the Kingdom Hearts games. There have been references, such as Kingdom Hearts - Cloud's outfit which has borrowed elements of Vincent's outfit. There is a fan-made Vincent Valentine KH/Nomura style fan-artwork floating around and some photomanipulations, but aside from that he has not appeared in any of the released Kingdom Hearts games.
