Random RP battles.

If you want to have a random battle to see what RP is like; post here. The title is also self-explaintory. Also, only post in this thread if you have some understanding of RP. Now, begin!

first i have plenty of charecters so chose a number. 1-4. that's who i'll use.

mmkay. 3. I'll be using the only character I've ever made and kick your ass.

if you had chosen four you would be dead. 4 is my ninja. -isaac examines a clearing seeing something is wrong he sees his enemy standing in front of him- so you're my opponent huh? i'll kick your ass

Zane ran in attacking Issac with haste and vigor. "You can't beat me, I'll crush you." Zane jumped foward and ran around Issac in a circular pattern many times and threw a straight right punch towards his face.

i hate you right now ya know that? -punches zane in the face then, pulls out his sword. (it's as big as clouds) and only puts one hand up for blocking.-

(also don't make him invincible remember to be modest about your charecters strength.)

Alright, since there's already one ninja here, would you guys mind if I just come in with my ninja and make it a "three-for-all?"

here's mine. Nontheism vs. Congress i have a ninja but i won't use him. his jutsu are his skills basically if he was a ninja.

Oh, my. Excuse my intrusion, but... woah. xD

Let's start with pretty much all of your posts. Example being, this one in particular,

Have you ever read a book? If so, then you might know a little something about writing. If you do, then you're obviously not utilizing it. I'll warp this into something a bit better for an example.

"I hate you right now, you know that," he said. Approaching Zane, he swung furiously, clipping him in the face. Immediately afterwards, he reached for his sword. It appeared to be five or so feet long, and about a foot wide. Despite its size, he held it with ease. Then, he waited for his opponents reaction.

You see the difference? I sure do. Now, not saying this is what you should have put.. but I am saying that you should have used this format. You can go along wih what you have been doing, but that won't get you anywhere closer to being literate. I'm not trying to be completely bold and assume authority over you at all... I'm just trying to help you, lol. Now, another thing that went wrong there.

You powerplayed. Powerplaying, if you didn't know already, is taking control of someone elses character. You did this by saying you hit him in the face. By not giving him a chance to react, you powerplayed. This is against the rules in the RP section, I do believe. To avoid this, you could have said something along the lines of - he swung at Zane furiously, hoping he would hit.

This gives him a chance to either dodge it, or accept the attack. This might seem unfair, but if you read my guide to roleplaying, it shows you why it isn't. ( Link here - Click )

I think hitting him with no chance of escape is more unfair than trusting him, don't you? If you read that guide, you'll be well on your way. Also, remember to try and write in third person instead of first. It is more descriptive and easy to understand for others. PM me if you need more help, or would like me to teach you a few things.
