New Project - Looking for Staff

Hey guys,

So I know some of you already know, but many of you don't, that I have a new project that I've been working on since I left FFE. Its called PS Beyond, or "PlayStation Beyond". Same concept as this site, except a larger audience. It's a website that will feature PlayStation games, and offer information, reviews, previews, and media on them.

The site has been in the planning process for some time, and finally I am starting to develop the site. Right now I am creating the management application that will be the backbone of the site, basically it will let the writers add stuff quite easily (that was my achilles heel with FFE, content is so hard to add).

Once it is finished, I will need people to help add content and write reviews / previews. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, get in touch with me. I want to make sure this site will have everything I ever wanted FFE to have, and I believe it will be very successful with the right amount of effort. Writers can add info at their own pace, theres no obligations or deadlines, and you can add reviews or media to any PlayStation 2, PSP, or PlayStation 3 game you want (unless of course its already done). There will be a community on the new site for sure, I plan on adding some really fun features that will most definately promote activity and create a real interest in the PSB community.

Yeah, I'm fairly interested in maybe doing a bit of writing. It sounds pretty good. I don't know how busy I'm going to be, but if I have time I'll write up some content for you.

Should I speak? Or should I not? I could be someone that comes in and out. You've seen my skill of the past, just imagine that to be much higher in php and web design. HTML/CSS? I already know that stuff.

Well, see as how you haven't shown any hostility towards me, I assumed there wasn't much of a grudge.

To clarify.

WoI will be news and content manager, he hires and makes sure news and content is up to date, frequently updated, and high quality.

There will be a forums, I will run it myself.

I will also manage the media on the site, and the site in general.

Grow up, even those of you who seem to hate WoI shouldn't just stop helping Dave because Words is involved. It's juvenile, and petty. I'm frankly disappointed in anyone who retracts their offer to help.

I hadn't promised any involvement, nor was I particularly planning to; I don't have the time to work on another site, and I'm not interested enough in the PS3. Furthermore, I can't really blame other people in this thread if they don't want to be involved either, given the things Words has said about some of them quite recently. I'm pretty sure Dave had told them Words would have a much smaller role than he wound up having.
