I'd never heard of this game until today.
I went out looking for info on it, and it seems to be about a magic book that seals all the Chocobos of this one village inside some other books.

My guess would be that this is one for the kiddies more than anything else.

The game is aimed for kiddies, but if you enjoy a bunch of minigames, microgames, or card battles, you'll feel right at home with this game, no matter what age you are.

Your've got the story down, chocobos get sealed in an evil book and you gotta save them.
The game is driven by, like I said, a wide variety of minigames. Some are fun, some are ok, and some are so hard that they make you wanna chuck your DS out the window.
Minigames are separated by a bunch of books, each book contains a new mingame and it also has a story to it, and each story is based on some of our child hood favorite fairy tales. Example: The cactuar and the adamantoise (The tortoise and the hare), and the boy who cried Laviathan (This one is more obvious to get).

Its not on par with most final fantasy titles but its a light hearted fun game for anyone to play.

It doesn't sound like something I'd enjoy to be honest, but it has chocobos in it, and is loosely related to the main FF series, so I'll probably end up buying it at some point.

Sounds a lot like Rayman for the Wii. An actual game based on the completion of scores of minigames.

It sounds like a game you'd play late at night when there is nothing better to do.

Chances are I'll buy it though.

Well considerinf how Square is churning out games for the DS like it was milk there is a high chance of me picking it up.

Chocobos are okay but I'd rather them make a game on moogles lol.

They could have made a game of mini-games for the ds, but based on the gold saucer. The interface would be a person walking around the gold saucer and you have to go to either the arcade or rides or whatnot. It could have included mini games from 7 plus heaps more. That would have been good. And the save point could have been the Huanted Mansion.
