Dissidia: Final Fantasy character of choice!

On the good side, the Hero of Light from FFI (looking nearly identical to the Amano design) and Zidane are confirmed, along with Squall from FFVIII, and Firion from FFII.

On the bad side, confirmed characters are Sephiroth, Garland (FFI), Chaos, and Kuja.

The question I ask is... what characters would *you* like to see in the upcoming spinoff Dissidia: Final Fantasy?

I'd like Kefka from VI, Cid (keep up the tradition) from any FF, and Auron from X.

Im content enough with Garland being confirmed xD. But i'd also like to see Gilgamesh, Kefka and Golbez Cecil or Kain. Fat chance tho

Gilgamesh would be awesome, as would Kefka. I'm happy that Kuja is confirmed because he was my favourite person in FFIX.

Will there be any X and beyond characters do you think? Auron would be a good choice as would Basch.

I'm still hoping Tidus will be added with somewhat of a magical swordsman esque kind of thing happeneing with him.

I think the game titles go up to X, im not sure if they include the spinoffs but i dout it. Most likely, it will just have the main hero vs main villain of each game.

Yeah don't think they'll include spin-offs but that they only take hero/villian sounds kinda lame...

I think a main good guy and main bad guy from each Final Fantasy has a chance of getting in. Here are the ones I believe have a chance, or at least SHOULD make it.

Yours is a very logical list, and is most likely.

Mine is sort of a more logical WANTED choice as if they were to involve more than the bad and good guy from each game. I'm sure they'd add Vincent or Tifa from 7 if there were to be more characters from there. We'll just have to wait and see.

They should add a Cid from every game. Lol, I have a feeling Cid Kramer from FF8 would lose. heh heh.

Just saw posted somewhere that people who have seen the closed screening of Dissidia at JUMP FESTA 2008 have been saying that Tidus from Final Fantasy X will be featured in this game.

The big question is, who is going to be the hero from FF6? That title treated several characters as the hero. Terra, Locke, Sabin, Edgar etc...

Sabin and Edgar? Nah, Celes has a better chance at playing the hero, concidering she was the maincharacter in WOR for like an hour, lol.
