Some FF's can be as serious as hell, where as others can be as ridiculous in humor as an off beat anime. Either or may have had short or long moments of hilarity in them and this question applies to which Final Fantasy you deem as having the funniest moment or phrase and if so, what split your sides?

For me, it used to be V due to gilgamesh and the rest of the character's constant puns. But i have recently found more giggles from the current game i'm playing: Crystal Chronicles ring of fates. The voices in it are pure win. And even the text messages are hilarious such as the reluctant moogle shop clerk who is forced to read cue card reminiscent to a mexican walmart, and his boss constantly yelling at him for it. * Looks at short Lilty* " Oh My God it's a talking acorn!""No! It's a chupacabra!!"lmao.

i think i was laughing in FFIX a lot. i appreciated how the characters weren't so serious, save-the-world types. tantalus rocks

I reckon it was FF VII, some of Barret's lines where helarious. Steiner in FF IX was funny too.
