Dissidia countdown thread

Does anybody want to count down? It's only a few more weeks! (For me, September 3, but we'll go with the NA release date) I'll start it off. Feel free to list random thoughts/anticipation for this game. 10 days left.

I was going to post a thread like this but this seems applicable (For take over mwahahah)

I have an idea: List everything you have done to prepare yourself for Final Fantasy Dissidia:

I'll start,
Thing's i've done:
played and Beaten all the Lunar Trials in Final Fantasy IV Advance
played and Beaten the sealed temple and the Cloister of the dead in Final Fantasy V advance
Played and Beaten the Soul Shrine in Final Fantasy VI advance
Completely replayed Final Fantasy II dawn of Souls and beaten the Soul of Rebirth.
Played Final Fantasy I and watched the ending again
Beaten Crystal Chronicles Echoes of Time (On the side)

Things left to do:
Beat Omega Weapon and watch the ending again in Final Fantasy VI advance.
Beat Final Fantasy III and watch the ending for the DS
Watch Advent Children Complete Again.

Things I've done:

Beaten V again,
Attempted VI but lost and couldn't be bothered,
Played all the way to Sephiroth in VII before my game broke

,
Started X,
Replayed IV DS for a while before deciding that it's not as good as the original,
Started replaying FF Tactics: War of the Lions,
Anxiously waited for news of the Dissidia release date.

Things left to do:

Finish (as much as I can) the games I've started,
Play Dissidia!!!

I've just beat FFI and FFVI, that's all I had room for. I'm currently starting a game on II and I don't know what to do lol

Lol that's more like it.
Advice for II: Grind for an hour or two and keep hitting yourself.
If you're doing a speedrun: Just survive until you get the BloodSword, and you basically breeze past the game after that.
II has alot of awesome looking cutscenes.

Cutscenes are in FFII? Wow...

I've been leveling, but its so hard when everyone especially the girl, keeps missing

I leveled up my weapons and spells though ;D

Its fun when you get past the leveling and missing parts.

It only takes like two days to beat a FF game if you know what your doing. I can probably beat X in one full day if I didn't stop playing. (maybe an exageration, but close)

You can't, from what I've seen my sister and brother do, level up fairly in that damn game. The battle system is too slow and weird, when you do learn how to use it, it quickly adds another thing to do. Its overwhelming.

Maybe FFVII or the first FF game, but nothing after IV.

Cutscenes are only in the PSP and PSX versions of the game. The battle system is very different in FF II I agree. I found it very confusing

. It might take two days to beat it - if you played 48 hours straight on FFX and did a speedrun. Anways, 9 days left!

CG cutscenes Fullwall. I meant the ingame cutscenes.
Once you get to the Dreadnought parts, it looks amazing during the sky chase scene.
I played it first on my GBA and could barely see anything, but replaying it on my DS lite, it has a whole new definition of awesomeness.

Sorry Garland. Unclear as to which type you meant. As soon as a day goes by for anybody -not just me - post the updated count.

I really hope that nobody gets it early, like Spore. I was so envious of that guy who bought it earlier than release date, before I found out how bad it was at a friend's palce.
