To be quite honest with you all, the next couple of days of activity will determine whether or not I will bring the Shoutbox back. If activity keeps dipping and fluctuating inconsistently, I'm afraid I'll have to continue to hold off until we can stabilize some satisfactory activity. Just trying to make sure this place stays jumping!
