Presumably, by copy & pasting the text into your signature edit box, then adding quote tags on both sides: [ quote ] text [ / quote ] - (without the spaces)

Or just quote a member's post - as done here - then, again, copynpasta it into your sig.

Click on the User CP tab (upper-left of the forums) to display a scroll, one of the options being "Edit Signature".
