Shoutbox edits aren't working.

*points to title* With all the typos I make, this one was easy to pick up, but editing shoutbox comments isn't working properly.

Hahahaha.

See that little bit above the shoutbox that says "Shoutbox"? Try clicking on that.

Members can edit their own shouts. Forum staff can edit everyone's, depending on their modding capabilities.

Oh, quote tags are screwed up too, but I don't know if that's a new or old problem.

Never knew that. Awesome, now I can take people's posts out of context on the shoutbox aswell once we get it fixed.

It's clearly working for staff. It isn't working for mermbers though, apparently, and seeing as I use the very same shoutbox on my own forums, it definatelly isn't a problem with my brower or PC.

It might be beneficial of some other non-staff members test it out.

Is there any permissions for this to allow registered members access to edit? If there are I can't find them... ?

as for those quote tags, it'd be great if someone could fix those. every time i go to my profile, i have to remove the amp; that it adds because of the & sign in my user title. those things shouldn't just keep popping up where they're not wanted like that.

AJAX functions are pretty much all refusing to work for me.

The ****ed up quote tags are probably the result of some hack we installed. For now I'd recommend just abstaining from ampersand use and replacing straight quotes with curly ones. I'd look into it but, as I'm sure my tremendously reduced activity has suggested, I don't exactly have much free time these days.
