Why can't I post in the gaming news?

I want to make a thread in the 'gaming news' area but apperently It won't allow me.

Gaming news area is mainly for the news reporters. Most threads that were posted there that weren't from reporters would be moved anyways.

Its basicly so we dont get lots of people pointing pointless news about Games. Plus to save on alot of spam.
