Update the site staff or Imma chargin mah lazerz!

Took a look at the site staff because someone was having a problem using them and I noticed that we haven't updated the site staff section since Jay's taken over. So yeah how about updating that now or I'll be forced to charge mah lazarz!

something of the sort. it shows who are the administrators, Smods, and who all is on the site staff.

Well.. actually it's an old list. Some of the people were either canned, quit, given promotions or even hired. It really needs to be redone.
