Question on Rep,old site design,and users

Okay I know this is super dumb and Sis explained it to me but I'm still in the dark on it really.Wtf is up with the rep as I type I'm seeing like a 4 but it says like 26 on my control panel and what's it do does it mean how much of a good guy i am or what?On another note I keep seein' old post sayin' the design of the old site was betta then the current dont know what it looks like but I wonder If' ya'll gonna redesign this place again or keep it just wondring.On a last note the users I'm seeing some users like in the thousands roughy but only about I'd say ten-twelve active why isnt random users who havent posted making names narrowin' it down the name list arent erased yet because let be honest i think most are bots or one timers and where is the owner or admin for this place I see the mods but don't see a admin or anything

1. The Reputation system is broken, so the number on your CP is your actual number of reputation.

2. There might be new layout changes on the way, the current layout is only a few months old - so there probably won't be a new one for a while as it up to the Admin to decide.

3. The active user numbers can also accidentally log people in repeatedly. I've been logged in accidentally around fifty-six times at the same time at one point. It's a known glitch with the forum type.

4. The Admin is around, he tends to lurk however the Moderation staff (such as myself) can be considered "Lower Admin" - pretty much he does watch and only posts when really needed to as we are trusted with FFE.

2.Cool,I understand that its been a couple months I just wonder what it use to look like because I see people complainin' that this current one wasn't as good

I meant that why are their soo many users that are one here but rarely out the handful I seen are on anyway i was asking if there's a way to make it so that those who decide to leave can erase their accounts and leave room for more to come because it sort of annoying seein' so many ppl sign up and not doing anything active on the forums

4.So in other words there's a owner but he's not around so you,Gar,and Vivi are the leaders in makin' the choices here but you need the head of the sie to make the ultimate choices and run by him for permission to make changes to the site

1. It's in the forum programming, it's a common glitch across the forum type. We don't have to fix it, the forum devs need to.

2. If you want to see the older versions, then go Here - Internet Archive: Wayback Machine, you can go as far back to the 1999 layout. Most people complained about the layout as the previous one was much more similar to Final Fantasy Republic's layout.

3. Garland and myself are working on it. We are awaiting Ralph to give us the go-ahead. We will be deleting accounts that have not had activity for a certain period of time.

4. Generally we have permission to make changes, however for layout changes the Admin will post a topic in the Site Suggestions/Feedback and for mass-banning, or fatal errors we try our best to solve the problem before calling the Admin in on the situation. As I said, we're Lower Admins - but for the absolutely "extreme" needs, say certain forms of banning and what-not the Admin does get called in.
