I don't know if it's just me, but whenever I open the smilie list my computer goes all haywire and I have to close the Internet. Anything I can do to stop that?

That happens to me as well (I just have to close the window because of IE8's separate processes for tabs/windows). It loads for a while, some of the smilies appear, but after a while the window freezes and starts flashing at the top. Maybe too many smilies?

It's just IE 8. It loads all of the smilies in Firefox. Microsoft is never that great of a choice for things.

I get the same problem guys. Some times you can just wait the window spazms out long enough for a fraction of the page to load, then scroll down a bit and repeat the process, but that's alittle to much effort for a "killer tomato" emote. :P

On the Internet, you can find many of the emoticons on DeviantArt.

The issue with opening the emoticon list in Internet Explorer 8 is due to a known memory leak and/or bug. A similar bug exists in Firefox which shows up every now and again (on some occasions the longer Firefox is open, the more memory it uses).

I would actually recommend using Firefox, as it has a better security protocol in contrast to IE8 and it's many, many bugs.

In the mean time, I will put up a list of the Emoticons.

Firefox is better. I just don't like the whole download plugins to make things work. Slow net and that is annoying.

If you need help, I'm open. Kind of...
