FFV was way better than that game. X-2 only sold beacuse of the fact that it was a sequel to a damn good game. The battle system was okey in the game but the story was so childish it didn't matter at al and only lifted the game a tiny bit.

i hope you realise how redundant your statement sounds. That is also the main reason why FF2-6 actually sold considerably well. After FF7 came out, that was also the main reason why FF8-12 have attracted strong sales. This isn't to say that these games are not good in their own way, but quite obviously the brand power IS pulling in the crowd.. after all, they ARE direct sequels in terms of numerical referencing except that their stories are not related. Thats also another reason why a "Compilation of FF7" even exists.. The ones which i think are really using the brand name unnecessarily are Crystal Chronicles, Tactics and the (actually non FF) Adventures and etc... but at least they made it a point to not use the number system

FFVIII or FFX. The characters in both ruined everything.

With the exception of Auron, Yuna, Seifer & Zell. The rest can all burn in hell.

I really can't agree with that. I don't believe the characters from either game can ruin something when they obviously have something to do with the story line. I think that maybe you just favored certain types and put the rest to the side and called the game crap. Pretty much what most people do when it comes down to it.

I guess I probably should have mentioned I didn't like either storyline very much either. Out of all the FF's I've played, they are still virtually the only two that I don't feel....'sucked into' the story or the world.

I also didn't like the soundtrack's from either game, as well as the others. I genuinely found them to both be bland and boring in most aspects and I'm not even talking about the characters anymore.

I didn't even like the mini-games presented in either. Blitzball and Triple Triad didn't interest me in the least. But then I don't like sports at all. I don't playing them, watching them, or playing sports games so that probably explains the blitzball. Me not liking Triple Triad is a mystery though, since I loved Tetra Master from IX.

I can understand you what you mean now. It's kind of the same way with some people when they talk about the negative aspects of FFVII. (Though none of them do make any sense to me no matter how many people puts it.)

That's not the same thing. That's more games in the same series but all with free story e.t.c. This is a sequel about the same characters which you already know. You know the world, you know the history, you know the enemies.

f you mean the main series, then probably have to be... 3. I just didn't enjoy it like the others.

But if I could delte ANY Final Fantasy Game, it would have to be the pile of crap that is Crystal Chronicles. Seriously, that game sucked A-hole!

If i could really delete a final fantasy and i know alot of people would strongly disagree with this, but i would delete Final Fantasy 7. It was a great game over all but ITS NOT THAT GOOD.
The best thing about it is Sephiroth, in Advent Children Cloud became an Emo Fag, *oh i need to be forgiven* what the **** is that? what did you do.

7 gets too much credit and is wayyyy over rated.

ALSO this is my opinion, i am not critizing 7 i loved it but personnaly as you all say i like the emo fags from FF8

Why hate FFX-2?? its a good game to play, and it proves girl power can kick ass

I would go with FFXI because I've never played it and why make it online?? and then you would have to pay... lol
