Tidus was excruciatingly annoying, and you were stuck with him for the whole game. I'd have to say him.

Tidus, LeBlanc, Rikku, Quina, Rinoa, Brahne, Squall... that's about all that comes to mind.

Now I say Sephiroth. There's so much fanbase after him. They need more Jenova
