Hareresis registered as FFXIII title

According to FF & KH Blog, The name AND the logo for Final Fantasy Haeresis XIII has been registered by the Patent Office of Japan. Also courtesy of FF & KH Blog, images of the logo, and the trademark registration page from the patent office's website.

So there you have it. Title number four in the Fabula Nova Crystallis project.

I have no idea what's going on with FFXIII...I thought this was the third one.

Nah... the first three confirmed were FFXIII and Versus XIII for PS3, and Agito XIII for mobile.

Haeresis has been rumored for a while now, since SE registered the name months ago, but it wasn't confirmed as being part of Fabula Nova Crystallis until now.

Why are they making so many 13's. Why not make more titles like 14, 15, 16...

Well...not complaining, another Final Fantasy is another Final Fantasy. I just hope they actually spend time on them and make them good.

this is old info from mounts ago, but i do read that this game is going to be an online game. of what we still don't know, but i hope its better than FF11; i loved 11, but well it got old after you spent half your life trying to level up to 40, just to slowly move up in levels...

Meh, so far this news isn't thaT dazzling, maybe if it had some amano artwork, in the text's background but rly, id rather hear more about the already determined upteen ff titles, that seem to be pushed to the back of the room, like ring of fates.

Well, yes and no. The name "Haeresis" was registered months ago, with no further connotations on what it was and most of the FF community were pretty sure it was going to be part of Fabula Nova Crystallis, but "Final Fantasy Haeresis XIII" and the logo are new registrations.

I heard there was to be a FFXIII game to the X-Box 360 machine. And mabye this Harereresis is that game. Agito or whatever is for mobiles and Versus will be realesed on the PS3.

Much as I enjoyed Advent Children, it was bad enough that SE milked FFVII for everything it was worth and thensome, but now they're milking a game before it's even released? This is absurdity.

The saddest thing, though, is that I'll still buy what they pump out because I'm a sucker like that.

It's what Square Enix is calling the set of games related to Final Fantasy XIII. Currently there are four that have been announced:

Final Fantasy XIII
Final Fantasy Versus XIII
Final Fantasy Agito XIII
Final Fantasy Haeresis XIII

Ehh. . .I'm skeptical about this. Like Seph Stampede said, it was bad enough that they milked FFVII as much as they did, but now an unreleased game they don't know if anyone's even going to like to begin with?
