Chocobo Tales Released in the US

Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales, one of the best spinoffs in the Final Fantasy franchise, was released on April 3 across the United States.

Not exactly a true RPG, Chocobo Tales is more of a collection on mini-games that implement the DS's touch screen that also has a decent plot for a portable game. The main character of the game, a yellow chocobo, sets out to save his friends who have been sucked into a magical yet evil picture book by means of mini-game after mini-game.

If you are a fan of Square Enix, and you obviously are if you're visiting a site like this, and are the proud owner of a Nintendo DS, be sure to pick this title up.

U sure this is a good game? id like to hear others opinions on this game before i buy it. this spinoff is a little... ummm... mario partyish. and lately ur etremist opinions have gotten in the way of the news. so is this a good game?

How can anyone possibly say it's the best spin-off? Thats what they say about every ****ing game.

Because it's competing for best spinoff against games like Dirge of Cerberus, shouldn't be too hard.

well, although dirge might not have been the best spin off, it wasnt the only one! theres crystal chronicles, the rest of the ff7 compilation, and lets not forget, final fantasy Tactics, which ranks up as one of the best final fantasy games period. infact theres alot of spin offs comming up to, so u cant just exclaim that chocobo tales is the best, its not even the best so far! although i hear it got good ratings.

I don't really want it. Maybe I'll go read some ratings for it, but as of now, I have no intentions of paying for it.
