Entire civilisations have been built round their giant structures to benefit from their life-giving power. Rush has been born to an era of endless fighting as men scheme to gain control of more than their fair share.

The cities, plains and caverns of Rush’s world are ornate, vast and brimming with next-generation detail. Fantastical races populate the busy streets, their colourful scales or dense furs glistening in the light. Monsters patrolling the caverns range from lumbering and huge to delicate on their wing.

Battlefields will be The Last Remnant’s crowning glory, however, with a combat system that allows for reinforcements to swell the ranks in real-time. Huge armies comprise foot soldiers and enormous beasts carrying war machines. Both sides summon colossal creatures to provide additional firepower when needed.

‘The Last Remnant’ is planned for simultaneous release in Japan and the United States at a date to be confirmed.

Blue Dragon was made by the guy who created Final Fantasy, IIRC... but he no longer works for Square (and hasn't for awhile now), so Blue Dragon isn't an SE game.

Also, The Last Remnant is going multi-platform... so you can play it on PS3 or 360.

If this wasn't a 360 game then I'd have no problems buying it. As it is though, unless they bring it out on PS then I'm not going get it, and probably won't ever even play it.

Apparently people just ignore me. XD

It's going to be on both PS3 and 360. With a simultaneous release in Japan and North America planned, no less. It's also running on the Unreal engine SE recently licensed.

The Last Remnant was featured in the PS3 section on IGN.com. It didn't seem that the reviewers were very interested, but it is a multi-platform game. You can expect the PS3 version to be better, though. I've seen both machines work, and the PS3 has better graphics and more controller funcitonallity.

SE seems to be catering too all three sides these days. What a whore!
