Crisis Core gameplay and story explanation video

Gametrailers.com is graciously hosting a video featuring a look at Crisis Core's storyline and gameplay. It touches on the Digital Mind Wave battle system, missions, and powerups, and gives us a look at some of the basic plot points.

Still no US release date, though...

Correction, by gameplay you mean CG movie. Spoilers: Genises reads romance novels, and Angeal turns into a giant sloth xD

the story was not bad..

Genesis was abit annoying with him repeating all the loveless lines.. tho its supposedly kinda like poetry.

good thing you get to kick his ass in the end. It was a fun game lol... Completed it and do recommend it too.

Thats just a Angeal copy by the way

nothing about their trailer is really spoilerific..

after all, the trailers have all shown angeal and genesis with wings...
and also shows genesis fighting zack too..

hell, we all know how the story ends anyway. Zack dies.

i bought from my local store, which imports from japan all the time..

I did not know what happens to Genesis though. Also, im beggining to think that all these JP game trailers are teaching me Japanese cause when i watch the opening and following videos, i think i can almost completely translate what their saying. Especially the "Conflict Resolved" bit xD

I hate the fact that in FFVII, Zack dies from two regular soldiers while in Last order, and this he is imba. They have changed the way he dies aswell.

the way he dies, and the events leading up to it are about the same as in the original.. altho there are some discrepancies, such as the conversations with certain people inside the reactor. You could also say that Cloud's account of what happened there wouldn't be all correct because he pretended everything was 1st person perspective when he wasn't actually there..

Last Order is pretty much non-canon as far as the actual events went. It was more of a 'trailer' for Crisis Core in the end... everything about it seems off-tangent from Compilation of FFVII.

still, bad assed fight scenes in that ova, which gets me thinking, it would make more sence for him to be sniped than for two measeley guards, who he has shown to kill like 100 of em, could just walts in and take him out.
