The ones i currently use are
no$gba and NdeSmuMe , No$ was originally a GBA emulator but they also revamped it to support NDS roms now . Ndes is purely a NDS emulator , though N0$ is alot better . Quite frankly playing NDS roms isnt worth it , there all slugish and you have to configure the emulator settings every time you run a rom , or it will crash or play even slower . I suggest buying a DS and a blank DS cartridge , downloading the roms and transferring them to the cart . Its alittle expensive but it pays off in the end when you dont have to buy the games anymore .

No$GBA is the best one I've seen so far and have had the best luck with. It's painfully slow but if you don't have a DS or simply can't be arsed to buy games for it, it gets the job done.
