Fallout 3

Found out a while ago that Bethesda finally has started working on Fallout 3. Fallout and Fallout 2 is porbably 2 of the best rpg games ever to be created outside Japan. Hopefully Bethesda won't ruin the series, and so far it looks really good. But if they ruin it, not even Morrowind and Oblivion will be able to save them.

Haven't played either of the two preceding games, but after doing a little reserach they all look like possible new-additions to my game collection

there's really no way they could ruin it that badly, and even so, they wouldn't be in need of saving. the reaction of the fanbase is only a fraction of what actually matters, but in any case, i expect this to be another excellent title.

The Elder Scrolls series outmatch the Fall-Out series in any way, don't talk rubbish

Besides, Bethesda has never failed us before, and I have no reason to assume they would this time.

I can't say I've played the first two, but they look like good games. I guess when I get money

I can buy them, but for now I could just borrow them, or just the first one to see how they really are. Then perhaps I will borrow the other two. Then maybe I will buy them and add them to my collection of games.

Fallout 1 was brilliant, and would have been surpassed by Fallout 2, if not for the simple fact that fallout 2 was never properly supported after it's release, and was horribly unstable as a result, but never the less, each game was a marvel of single player, open ended RPGs. I have yet to play thier equal in this regard.

Blah blah Super Mutants look like orcs blah blah Nuclear Gun is stupid blah blah Real time/turned based hybrid is stupid blah blah first person view sucks blah blah.

**** what the community says, NMA are the biggest load of retarded fanboys in existence. I for one cannot wait to start power fisting people in the groin again.

Also love for the use of "I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire" for the trailer music. At least they did something Interplay could not do.

Oh god I hope they bring back the Guass Series of weapons too! Combining the Killing power of an energy weapon with the splattering animations of the sniper rifle and all using the small arms skill. And yes, Groining people was the best, especially while boxing, as you could cut thier movement points down significantly, and dance around them. It was equally fun the shoot people in the groind too and watch them explode from it with the bloody mess perk.
