SoC is a very great game, but definitley not the best. The graphics are what caught my eye. I mean; it's real overpowering. More realistic than others. The story is... there but mainly hidden, but it's up there with the best games. I haven't played it in awhile though and when I do, I just get destroyed by a Collossus.

It should be in the top ten of any gamer's list. The thing is a work of art. It's like nothing that I've ever played before, I can tell you that much. It's almost like the developers took the word epic and basically said "Let's turn this word into a video game, lolz."

And they did.

thanx i heard the name from one of my friends one day so i wanted to figure out what it's all about would you say it would be great game to get or not

It's one of my favourite games over the last few years and one of the best of all time, it was like OoT where it seemed more like an experience than a game you were going through and it did capture that feeling of being a true epic. Highly recommended for anyone.

I have a question;
I heard, that this isn't a sequal of ICO. But from the same creators, is this ture? Becuase in SoC, there's something that makes me believe otherwise.

It's made by the same studio that made Ico so there are some similarity's, the lead designer of SoTC has said that he made it to appear like a prequel to Ico and that he looks at it that way although it's not meant to be that officially.

I wouldn't go as far as calling it the greatest game ever, but it definitely ranks high on my list. Though it wasn't that long of a game, the boss battles were among the most epic in any game I've ever played.

Not the best game ever, but pretty damn close.
