Colored hair and piercings are for kids.

Tattoos are the adult rebellion. >=)

I have my ears pierced once in each ear, but I'd like to get them pierced one more time and maybe one up in the upper part of one of the ears. I regularly dye my hair a reddish orange color and someday I might get a tiny tattoo.

I was reading something about two weeks ago about piercings on the upper part of the ear. Well they were saying that it's dangerous to do that because of a long process that happens. Once the top part of the ear is pierced it lets out a fluid that causes a infection in the ear and after a while it can get to the braine and kill you.

I'm not too sure if this is true and I can't remeber if I even read it or heard it from someone. But I'd look into it before you do something like that just to make sure it's safe.

I dont have any tattoos or piercings or anything, but my hair is styled. Part of the fringe is combed down while the rest is spiked up. Then other parts of my hair are spiked up too in a messy way. Its hard to explain really. I'll post a pic at some point.

I got the upper part of my ear pierced and I had to sign a bunch of stuff saying that if I died they wouldn't be liable because I signed the paper. There is a nerve in your ear that if they hit it you will die and they pierced it really close to the nerve in my ear. After they did it, I felt kinda funny for a couple of minutes, and almost fainted, but it is all better now. They also arn't supposed to pierce it with a gun because it will break your cartilage. They have to use a needle.

My skin remains unchanged. It's sort of a nice hue.

However, my hair is very limited in style. Over the years, it seems to have been accustomed to the traditional "nerd" styling. My hair parted to one side, or something. I have some greys, a bit of red strands, too.

This is one of the worst days of the year. It only happens at most, five times a year. It was dreadful, I almost cryed during this expreiene. It was..........................a hair cut (shiver)!!!!!!!!!!! I can't stand getting my hair cut. An it's a millimeter shorter!! When I'm eighteen and in collage I'm never going to cut my hair.

What process are you talking about? Seriously, you have to have more evidence in your posts, including some sources.

well if I see something on it or decide to change my mind, then instead of the upper ear one I want a teeny tiny diamond nose piercing. please, just, don't tell me there's something deadly connected to that too.

I have my informers and their not only the internet. And It has happened to people. How about if you want to be an ass about what I post all the time you look up yourself what I say and prove me wrong. But your going to have to have something that's NOT from Wikipedia or any of those types of websites.

Why do I have to have what you consider reputable sources when you never reference where you're getting your information?

I'm sorry but your "informers" don't mean dick. I'm not being an ass about everything you post, I simply ask that you tell us where you got the information so we can judge for ourselves whether they are reliable sources or not.

You didn't start anything it's just whenever I post something TRUE Estella always seems to come in and ask me to "rethink my opinions" or "tell who your informers are."

For your information Estrella I get home at three forty-five and immediatlly get on the internet to look up a list of things that I have thought to post and I try as hard as I can to get true information on what I say. And remember the thread in which I told you that my father worked and still gets information from the government. I also ask him what he can say about the topic and I ask him if he can take it to one of his friends at his old work to see what is valid.

No offence Larsa, but you do seem to be spouting a lot of statistics/facts in your posts yet whenever they're questioned you just go on the defensive rather than back up what you've said. Rather than start an argument just say where you got your information from and it'll be fine.

Sorry. Well I did just tell you where I get most of my information. I'll try to do that next time. I'm just tired and need to cool down right now.

I've had a total of five piercings ( lip, eyebrow, right earlobe, left earlobe, left cartilage ) but only the last two have stayed. I got rid of the others either because they bothered me or my ex-girlfriend wanted me to look presentable for her parents, so I got pissed and took the metal out of my face then shaved my head.

My hair's been pink, blonde, green, blue, magenta, half-purple-half-black, and black repeatedly, where it sits now. Naturally, it's a very dark brown.

I actually did have a tattoo on my thumb for a few hours, then I realized it was a bad idea and carved it out with a knife. Note that this was a tattoo put in with a sewing needle and India ink, so it didn't really count, but it would've stayed if I'd left it. Still, I think looking down and seeing a heart on my thumb these days would've made me cut the ****ing thing off -- that was a weird period in my life.

Body modifications ftw. Never going to touch plastic surgery, though.

Oh my, no matter how ugly something was I don't think I could carve it out of my own skin. That's what friends are for.
