This is the topic where you share your crazy or interesting dreams. I love sharing dreams ^^ The best part of sleeping are the dreams.

So, let's start with my dream last night: I couldn't sleep (in real life I couldn't sleep, and for some reason when that happens I always have a dream that I can't sleep). And I was up reallysuperlate. And Aerith was sleeping. So my dolls were crowding around me and asking me why I couldn't sleep or something. And we decided to have a party to help me get to sleep, but we had to be quiet so we wouldn't wake Aeris.

Ah, that's strange but funny Aurora.

I had a weird dream about Albert Wesker and the other S.T.A.R.S. members from Resident Evil doing drunken karaoke at J's Bar (an area in the games).

Not sure if I should call it a dream, or a nightmare. Then again, I constantly have in my mind Wesker singing a few songs. Some obvious, some not so obvious.

And then it went to Crisis Core, Genesis singing some obvious ones - Gackt songs.
Still, nothing on the scale of weird as the sugar induced Chocobo nightmare....

I don't remember too many details about last night's dream. Only that it started out pretty...going to this beautiful resort with this neat waterpark...and then it turned into a nightmare because I was to be committed to a mental institution for my undiagnosed-autism-like condition or something ><

Ah, strange dream.

Moogles kept on falling on me in my dream last night. Apparently, it was because my Mog kept on falling down and landing on my head in my sleep. XD

So my dream after falling back to sleep this morning? Nightmare...first started out with desuing about the new Pokemon remakes (!!!!!!), then K2 and JP are gonna send me off in a space pod..but this space pod isn't going into space. It was designed to fall into the ocean after launching (but not sink). I come out of my Temple, and I see them talking with this guy, the guy who owns the space pod, telling them exactly what the space pod does. Of course, we're wondering why the heck they wanna shoot me into the ocean in a screwed-up space pod, and all they say is that they have to for the sake of their sanity...

Mai said she'd go with me and I think a guardian said so to. I'm hurt and pissed so I'm yelling at K2 and JP, who are retaliating with "I'M SORRY BUT WE HAVE TO OUR JOBS (what jobs?) ARE AT STAKE" and then K2 hugs JP like "YAY WE'RE RID OF HER FOR GOOD YAY!" and then there's lots of yelling..my guardians and the KOF girls are dead pissed, I am dead pissed, K2 and JP are trying to downplay it by pretending I'm scared, to which I loudly announce that I'm NOT (I wasn't...Mai and a guardian would be there plus I'm well-trained when it comes to bravery). Then I woke up.

I have a weird dream that has been haunting me for over 15 years now...

And I bet some psychologist could make a lot of stuff out of it but I have never bothered to contact one about it as I'm a little scared of what they might tell me

Anyways, it's quite a simple scenario, and it's everytime the exact same:

It's in a white space with nothing else then a fence that cuts it in half
(The fence I cannot describe really well, it might be more of a line on the ground but whenever I try recalling it's shape it nothing more than that it definately has the purpose of a fence comes up.) And one single latern in the back, close to the fence / line whatever. On either side of the fence/line there is countless black dots. Juts like this one. And for whatever reason the ones from one side keep moving to the other (Not sure whether on the ground or in the air) and all I'm doing is counting them. But in the end I always keep messing it up and restarting at 0.

It sounds pretty much like counting sheep or something, and not really like a nightmare but with time passing the consequent failure to do anything more then count dots just keeps frustrating one until the point is reached where you just burst out everytime you mess up and usually end up waking up the very same moment.

Well...that's pretty much the only dream I can recall really well since I've had it countless times already....more often when I was younger and less lately, but it's still there and gets me occasionally (like once in a few months)

That's odd, but it's probably nothing serious. Dreams are dreams. I frequently have dreams that we live in my old house that I moved out of when I was 11 as opposed to this one. :\ Plus also I tend to have the "tripping over something" hypno-something jerk and have always had that. It's annoying.

Anyway, I had the prettiest dreams last night. One was when I was partway conscious, and I had the Soundscapes channel on, and on it was a pretty guitar song. So I had this dream that I was lying on Terpischore's (my myth-based OC) lap while Calliope (another myth-based OC) was playing the song on the guitar and then I fell asleep <3

Dream 2: Whenever I can't sleep (like I couldn't last night) I always have a dream that I can't sleep. In this dream I couldn't sleep AT ALL and it was almost 6, so K2 and JP were like "She's gonna be too tired to go to school" so I didn't have to go to school. That meant I could be patient with trying to get to sleep. So I spent the time talking to friends online who were magically on at 6 AM (what?) and then I decided to draw a picture for Nova. So I took one of my books from the Books To Get Rid Of pile and decided to draw a reproduction of the cover on it. The drawing came out really beautiful. Then I woke up.

my dream is I'm sleeping in my room and my mom wakes me and say my gf is at the pier waiting for me and so i get up and go see her and then we talk then she ask me to go get her some rainbow shells because it's really popular in the village among girls so i go and fight monsters and get the shells then i meet her at Opassa beach then I hear weird sounds then a big wave comes and floods the place but i transport to another world where I'm dead then i have to figure out why and no one in my village remember who I am so I'm pretty much alone until i go to my grave and I'm jumped by soliders of the Porre army and a girl named Kid saves me we do battle with these jerks then after a long winded convo we embark on a journey to figure out the truth behind everything

Yep i got to stop playing Chrono Cross ^_^

So my dream last night? I stayed on my friend's chatroom long after everyone got off, just for the heck of it. And then I got redirected to a different chatroom, but it still had the exact same layout and everything, except the people on it were all 30-something-year-olds and did NOT know S or any of her friends. And so I talked to the 30-something-year-olds. And then one of my guardians, think it was Yuffie, came in to see who I was talking to and she saw I had met new people and we talked to them. We were also in a fancy restaurant during this for some reason.

So later one of the 30-year-olds meets JP and they become friends. JP gives me tickets to a Paramore concert and I get all psyched (even though in real life I hate concerts). I'm talking to the girl about the Paramore concert and she gets psyched too and I think I decide to take her to the concert with us.

That's all I remember.

That's a tad strange, considering most of the creepy old men... I probably wouldn't want to be in a chatroom talking to thirty-something year old people.

I had a weird dream about walking into a room, filled with electronic setups I could drool over... and the setups were for protecting sunglasses. Each were marked out with brand, date obtained, date manufactured... etc and the only way you could get them out of their bulletproof cases would be to enter passwords and use a particular swipe card. I think... I've been playing to much Resident Evil lately because of this one.

Well, most of my friends are adults, so I showed no qualms about it and Yuffie didn't show TOO many.

Anyway, my dream last night? Uh...well there were carbon monoxide crystals (is that even POSSIBLE) in my neighbor's house so K2 was afraid we'd get them. And..I went to go play in the snow with my guardians and the KOF girls and I threw a CD at Leona. o_O

I had a dream that I was flying in the sky on a dragon then I flew on my own and the Background music was Rainbow from Eureka 7

uhm...dreams huh?... dunno. i dont normaly remember any of mine. but....the one i do remember.....i dunno.... it's....empty... the only dream i ever remember....it's always the same. a battle field, death, destruction.....me, standing in the middle, coverd in the blood of others. the same dream since i was 13...

I've had a few similar repetitive ones like your's Grav.

I had some fairly twisted dreams when I had a couple of naps earlier. I'm going to go to sleep now myself, I assume that I'm going to have nightmares about polygons (not the Pocket Monster/Pokemon) and texture files since I've spent all day working on them which will most likely effect my dream.

So...my dream during my nap was nuuutttsss. o_o

Okay so like...this environmentalist came to my school (which looked NOTHING like my school) with these little miniature baby penguins. And by minature I mean like as big as half a thumb or smaller. And she was teaching us how to take care of them and all, but they were very delicate due to their size. But they'd grow to the size of about a little less than two feet if they survived to grow up. (They grew up in about ten minutes, maybe fifteen.) So what we had to do was make sure the stupid kids at my school didn't do anything dumb with the penguins...and..since all of them were set on doing dumb stuff with the penguins we had to keep them away from the kids. And it was extremely hard keeping track of super-tiny baby penguins. But we managed to get them all to safety but we weren't able to stick around to see if they all survived enough to grow :( And the whole time I was thinking "THIS IS TAKING UP MY GYM TIME AND I WANNA PLAY *FOUR SQUARE*!!!"

So when we were finally done with the penguins we got to go back to my class. Rebecca, Jill, and Claire (who hasn't even been recruited yet) stuck around to make sure the penguins were okay though and I was just like "You have fun with that I'M GONNA GO FIND MY GYM CLASS SO I CAN PLAY FOUR SQUARE NOW" but on the way back from the gym we met up with some Fiends who I smart***ed to get them off my tail. So I could go play some freakin FOUR SQUARE.

We finally found my gym class, Rebecca, Claire, and Jill rejoined us, and I waited in line to play FOUR SQUARE YAY!

Oh yeah and on a really disturbing note while we were messing with the penguins some of the really supercrazytiny ones burrowed into the roof of my mouth o_o Eww...yeah.

YES I AM OBSESSED WITH FOUR SQUARE.

Weird seized penguines lol

Last night I happened to see a documentary about Calyptic attacks (I'm quite positive I spelled that wrong but I don't like to use dictionaries unless it's to prevent embarassing myself, and I doubt anyone would know how the f to spell that just from hearing it) and it reminded me of another dream I used to have sometimes:

I wake up in one of those Ball sea things (I used to love those when I was way younger, always fun when travelling by ferry...nearly as fun as running from security after they caught me playing at the video-poker slots again... I was around 5-7 years old back then so they were quite pissed at me from time to time :-D) and can't move an inch of my body...I'm nearly completely covered with balls and I can see only so much from what's happening around me. I keep seeing flicks of people passing by but can't make them notice me at all, since I can't speak up nor move. With time passing I become anxious, since I'm afraid to be forgotten there.

That's about as much as I remember, been a while now...

Anyways, when watching the documentary I realised that what I dreamt is pretty exactly what one would understand as a Calyptic attack.
(When having one, your body falls into a complete paralysis, but you remain consciousness all the time. However your blood pressure drops and your breathing is lowered to a minimum, visually not even noticable. So basically you seem to be dead for an outsider. They were talking about a case where a woman was actually brought into the morgue 3 times during her life because the doctors thought she was dead. Eventually she'd come out of paralysis a few hours after the attack.

Well I had a dream last night that: I was a ninja and I was killing tons of people nd demons and blood was everywhere and i like the blood of my sword and said mmm cherry then i leap into the ir shouting like Dan from SFIV and poune on a car slash it in half leap on a building and cut in half and i precede to turn the city into rubble while laughing like Devil Jin from Tekken 5. I Yell out "O heavenly blade of the cold hearted come forth and rend this world asunder to feel the suffering that spreads in the abyss" My sword turns into a huge light sword it goes into space and i chop the world twofold.....then I awaken with a wooden sword in my hand and my next door neghibor yard destroyed....T_T

@Smattle: Is that the same as sleep paralysis? I have had two instances of that before and it's like aaaahh to me @_@ Very freaky.

Anyway, I had several dreams last night due to waking up in the middle of the night, but the only one I remember was the short one I had this morning while Sophi was trying to wake me up: It was Saint Patrick's Day, but it was May. Or something. Everyone was wearing their green and acting like it was Saint Patrick's Day, the news was doing Happy Saint Patrick's Day stuff, but it was May. I was confused, but Anna was decked out in the Saint Patrick's Day garb she was wearing on the actual day two months ago so I just assumed maybe they decided to create a second Saint Patrick's Day (?) or something and decided to wear this Happy Saint Patrick's Day shirt (that I do not really own in real life) for the occassion. When we got to my school half the kids were wearing green and half weren't, as with Saint Patrick's Day. However, not everyone was aware that it was supposed to be Saint Patrick's Day, so they got a little confused at seeing us in our garb. I got confused too and just told a kid who asked a question about why I'm wearing a Saint Pat's shirt in May, "Oh, I just wear this all year round for no reason."

Yeah that was a 20-minute dream. xD

Aurora, it is fairly similar except it can depend on the person who is suffering from the attacks on the actual symptoms shown (or not shown) and the severity of the attack and/or paralysis.

Weird nightmare, mainly memories of times I've nearly drowned.
Before that, nightmares about rendering and computer errors. DX

What the hell is up with your dreams they seem more like terrible nightmares
