Yes. I bought my PSP a month ago just to play Tactics. It was worth the $150 and six traded-in games and my GBA SP.

I was disappointed with the PSP FF tactics game:
1st of all: The music had NO re-verb... Basically, they couldn't get the sound quality as the PSX version of the game. 2nd-ly: The dialogue is rewritten to sound more 'old time'. I prefer the rough americanized dialogue in the original. But it's a matter of taste I guess.

LOL mine is the opposite. I loved the new music sound, and the 'olde world' dialogue and better translation actually aloud me to get through it this time. It's one of my favorite games now, and Dark Knight's are awesome!

I'm glad it you like it, I wish I did, really. I guess I'm not a fan of that kind of dialogue... But it does fit the time the story takes place in better, no doubt.

I found it extremely fun...
Rofl if you train early enough, Ninjas with jump are epic. But it did give a sense of true tactics....true to it's name...and Baltheir rocked  .

And Luso!! (ahem, heheheh) Actually it's funny because the PSP heralded his first and only spoken dialogue, some people thought he was annoying, but I thought he was just plucky, which explains why what's his face from monster ranchers played him.
