By all rights, Eot should had asked the nest question, but FFking got there first.

Johnny is the guy who hangs out around the honeybee inn, and seems to be lovestruck.

You have to collect all the large materias from Junon underwater reactor, fort condor, shinra No. 26 and the reactor by Barretts hometown (can't remember its name) then take them to cosmo canyon and leave them in the care of Bugenhagen. When you get a chance, you thenm need to speak to one of the large materias and you will receive Bahamut ZERO.

It's the huge support materia you get it from, not any of them. But I'll give you that.
