Final Fantasy IX happens to be home of who is quite possibly my favourite character in the entire Final Fantasy seriesl; Freija Cresent. From the costume design that emulates the traditional red mage outfits of earlier games, to her personality and intriguing lost love storyline, I always found her fascinating.

Definitely Beatrix. She should have been playable at all times.

The problem with having characters like Beatrix as playable characters is that it would take away a massive part of the storyline, and possibly (most likely) make the story, well, ****e =/

Although Beatrix was a good character, and would have made a decent addition to the party

I've always like little Vivi. He was so cute and confused about life. Even his main quote ("How do you prove that you exist...? Maybe we don't exist...") made me want to cry for him. I mean, he's been alone just about all his life until the end of the game.

Other than that, I would have to sat Garnet. She's a different type of princess to me.

Blank by far. He's just the coolest one. But how he can see something with that belt around his eyes I don't know.

vivi was my favourite - perhaps because you start out as him.

I was shocked when that happened, i thought that he was the main character! i was disappointed, but then i came to love the little black mage

Eiko is the best in FFIX. As well as having a good character and interesting looks, it's hard to see a 'Game Over' with her in your party.

Uh Zidane first of all i liked the thief leader and two bladed swords and daggers. But for my second favorite charcter in IX I liked Qunia[did I spell it right?] I know its weird but I love the blue mage class and hes like a total crack head lol =]

It's a hard one.. I never really thought about it.. but now it's been bought up I think it would probably be Steiner. Powerful and a lil dumb .. and when he goes back to Beatrix and Freya shows his determination and courage. Also his loyalty to the princess
