Super Chocobo breed?

I recently understood that the best way to accuire GP in this game is to do Chocobo Races and since the only things on my new save that I have left is Ancient Forest and Chocobo Breeding (i had a save that i'd done all but I lost that memory card) i can aswell do Chocobo first since if i'm lucky i'll get the enemy away materia.

Anyway, to the point...on my last save i have been able to kick ass in A, and also S rank races but i don't remember what i fed them. Now i can't even get up to rank S cause i lose in the A races. Anyone know how i can get the ultimate racing chocobo?

(And another simple question...What is Cat's Bell?)

I used the w-item cheat and fed my chocobo's serious amounts of every green going. Just max it out.

gashyal greens? Cat's bell is either to get or remove sleep.

You can only use a limited amount of greens i'm afraid.

ok heres how to get the ultimate chocobo...first two great chocobos, feed them both max greens that cost 400 gil (the name eludes me) and max their stats, race them until they get to class S, breed them and hunt down another Great chocobo (best place i found was the mideel area) and repeat class S'ing process. By this time you should save before breeding two more greats as the gender may be wrong, reset if same gender occurs. After you get a male river-chocobo and a female mountain-chocobo (or vise versa) get them both to class S as well and breed them, now you will have a black chocobo, get him/her to S rank and catch a wonderful chocobo (70-30 chance at the icicle area) and get that one too to S rank, by then they'll be ready to breed and make a GOLDEN CHOCOBO!!! keep reading because this is where it get's tricky, you should all hopefully already know how to pull this off already, so now it gets worse, now use your gold chocobo to get to round Island and collect knights of the round (round Island is in the north-east corner of the map). now prepare for RUBY WEAPON!!! be sure to have final attack attached to phoenix and master summon attached to mp absorb as to insure you cannot die, knights of the round with w-summon attached to your highest spellcaster and w-item with at least one hero drink (unless your planning on just hoping for gameover with cait sith...in which case I'd suggest sneak attack and full cure) and one final preparation...go into battle with two characters dead, once your ready and in cast phoenix immediately before he puts his hand in the ground as to insure first move, once the battle starts spend the first half hour or so using duplicated hero drinks (i hope you all know that one) until you are sure you will deal 9999 with every kotR attack, w-summon knights and mime until it's dead...go back to the man at kalm, SAVE FIRST, and collect a gold chocobo, if it's the right gender, breed it with your other one (after reachin S rank) and now you'll have one bad-ass chocobo...congratulations on the 3 golden chocobo's in your stalls!!!

I know, I defeated Emerald without the use of Knights and when i got the Master Summon materia I eliminated the poor bastard Ruby. That's how i got my gold chocobo on this save file. Now, what I want is a good chocobo in the Rank races so i can win GP.

sylkis greens from the chocobo sage are the best, but they are also very expensive.using either a gold or black chocobo will do, but breeding two gold chocobos will always help
they will take about 3-4 sets of 99 sylkis greens. you should be able to win S rank races no problem. you can also hold down the R2,R1,L1,L2 buttons down to regenerate stamina.
