Mine would be Diamond for the Monster and the boss would have to be Sephiroth.

But the most irritating one would be Ruby... damn things so annoying!!!

i'd have to agree, Ultima and Omega from VIII had the coolest designs, and the best moves(terra break was SWEET!)
