been playing FF7 recently and for once I actually have taken time to level my characters. I've just finished disc 3 and I'm at level 60 is that an okay level for being that far. ps wheres the best place to level up because all the monsters give too low a exp gain

well ya 60 is a great level to be at by the begining of disk 4, i usually beat the game at level 55 or so.
well the best place to train is the crater to the north. another good place to train is ancient forest. but you will need either to have beatin ultima weapon or you need a gold chocobo to reach this place.

ancient forest is so annoying
lol my usual place for levelling up was the sunken genelka (don't know if thats how its spelt) trapper best tip early on is don't run away from battles and if you get to a certain point where you feel under levelled set a target for yourself in that area e.g 5 level ups |

I just started playing it again recently and have also taken time this time to level up my characters. I am not even to the end of disc one yet (about to go to the Gold Saucer for the second time after obtaining Cid and the Tiny Bronco).
Cloud at Lvl 36 Barret at Lvl 34 Vincent at Lvl 35 And I think the rest are at 30 and 31. I've been wondering it that's good or about average, because I'd like to level the up quite a bit in advance so that the upcoming side quests (for materia and weapons) are much easier. |

level up comes naturally if you keep your focus on the materia.the final dungeon is obviously the best place to get exp and ap. the magic pots are awesome, but you have to feed them elixirs, and there are small things called movers, which are even better. Both of these monsters are in the room where you get the "shield" materia. Also "flash " makes level up fairy painless.
