Did Squall know who his father was?
Did Laguna know about Raine's pregnancy?
Could sorceress Adel actually be a Sorcerer? (I think that this could be just an english translation error. They never said all the descendants of Hyne are all just sorceresses.)
Those are some of the questions that had pondered me...
I think that VIII has great storyline.
i think that since the sorceresses can pass on their powers (thats how Edea got hers) that anyone could become a "descendant of Hyne", or at least any girl.....i think
They never address specifically as to whether or not Squall knows his father. It is also never "Said" that Laguna is his father though that is the general consensus on the topic.
Raine's pregnancy...hmmm, I just played through but I don't recall as to whether or not he knew before he left. Again I don't think they addressed it properly. They let you know that she died during her pregnancy and that it happened while Laguna was away rescuing Elone but I don't believe they said one way or the other. The only way that I can think that you would be able to nail an answer down on that one would be to pay attention to time lapses. Like how long Laguna was supposedly away rescuing Elone. One thing that just occurred to me is that it was after he rescued Elone that he decided to join up with the resistance faction and stop Adel. I think if he had known that Raine was pregnant he wouldn't have done so. He isn't the type of character to walk away from his wife and child in my opinion. So I would say he didn't know she was pregnant when he left.
As for Adel, while she is ugly and masculine enough to be a man I'm pretty sure that she is a she and not a he. Mainly due to the fact that Squaresoft went out of their way to make sure that they put some form of covering over her breasts...what little she had of them anyway. While I have no doubt that there could technically have been sorcerers since they passed their powers on to whoever they chose Squaresoft made it appear that they only chose women successors.
Theres my opinion
Pity The Man Who Brings A Sword To A Gun Duel...Cuz Despite What The Movies Tell You He Won't Be Deflecting Any Bullets.
I'm Canadian, when I say Eh...it does not come out sound like uh! It comes out as Ay. Say it with me Eh?

No, I don't think he knew about that. Also, they never talk about it when they are together that time with Ellone (some ruined village, can't remember it's name) if I my memory serves me right..
Is there any way to get to an Items shop in disc four? I have been running around for a while and have, like, 18 or 19 different items that I have 100 of.. and I also have all of the magic ever concieved in the game.. so no hope of refining.
You need to get the Tonberry GF to learn Shop in order for you to sell the stuff. I do have a question for you guys... How do you get the Friggin' Ribbon in this Friggin' game? The Guide says there is an Item called ribbon, but where the hell is it?
