Quick question about Rinoa

where is she in balamb garden when you are flying it? I cant find her..

You generally find her in the Library, in particular scenes you will also find her on the 2F Deck which will show you a quick FMV. You won't find her if she's in your Party, but sometimes she won't appear in the Library (depending on choices the player makes) but if you went back later she would more than likely be there.

Yeah, I chose things and pissed Rinoa off so she never appeared for that extra FMV on the deck the second time I played it through... sometimes you might not even get the Epilogue scene due to certain choices.

Wow thats unfortunate, she's never in the library, I did see the FMV scene though.
