go to your User CP and click Edit Avatar

yeah, then you can choose how you want to change avatars. I uploaded mine from my computer

how do i get the one u made?

Right click on it and hit "Save picture as"
Go into your User CP
Click on Edit Avatar
then find "Upload Image from your computer"
find the image and select it
then click on "Save Changes"

I'm having trouble getting acquainted with all the graphical artist's skills here, so I'll just give you a shot.

Text on image: in Red blood splattered text : Squizzgar Put it on the left side of the tag.
