I watch the NBA as much as I can, but this time of year, I'm watching college basketball over the NBA. I'm a Charlotte Bobcats and Phoenix Suns (have to root for a team that wins =P) fan. Bobcats simply because they're my local team, and I get to go to a lot of their games. Suns because they play a high tempo/high scoring game; not to mention Steve Nash is my favorite player in the NBA. I hate the Mavericks, and I really don't want them to win 70 games, but the way they're going, the probably will. After D-Wade got injured, I thought the Heat would have been done, but now they're going stronger than ever riding a 6 game win-streak. Shaq-diesel is really showing that he's not done yet.

i watch, and i've been a long time Suns fan, so i'm glad to see them doing so well the past few seasons. now that they have Amare back in addition to the more experienced bench, i can't wait to see if they go all the way this year.

finally i got some responds to this thread. lol. yea the suns are doing well with nash who will most likely be mvp again. still though, even with nash, i think that the western conference champs in the playoffs will be dallas or spur. as for the east, i still think that detroit will be the best no doubt. hopefully the pistons can win their fourth championship this year.

The East will belong to the Heat, especially if they get D-Wade back. Hard to believe they've won six straight without him.

Ok, this thread was made for the 06/07 season, but I'll use the same for the new season. So does anyone else here watch some bball?
The East is actually getting better this year with magic, celtics, and pistons. The west is still as strong as ever. Any predictions so far anyone?
