Saint Sinner

Eh, it was a Clive Barker movie, horror mostly. Centered around this monk from the 1800s who travels to the 21st century to kill some succubi he released. Ok, I suppose, better then the one I watched before it.

Stranger than Fiction

Saw it in theatres, then rented the movie last night. It was great imo, Will Ferrell's best movie thus far.

Little Miss Sunshine

Was expecting too much from the jokes, so not many were funyy. : ( But the idealolgy is great, and the excution of each character is excellent from each actor. You can see why what's his face got best supporting actor.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (#2) - 10, of course

Well. Actually I haven't finished watching it the second time quite yet, but either way. This film benefits so much from a second viewing. I'm able to follow the story a lot better this time around. And Leone/Morricone is arguably the best director/composer pairing in the history of cinema.

Not really a movie but what the hell.

I picked up the first season of Arrested Development for about 12 dollars at the video store.

If you ever watched the show and needed a reason as to why it was so great and how retarded fox was for cancelling it, I suggest you go get it.

I just saw Pan's Labyrinth in spanish...and I loved it. I couldn't take my eyes off the screen for the first to the last second. It was pure magic.

V for Vendetta

9/10

Yeah, I know that's a fairly high score but you really need to watch it to know just how good it is. It gave me a bit of "Phantom of the Opera" meets "Matrix" feel to it. Scarred masked man goes around "liberating" people of their fear and their illusions all the while kicking some major ass. :P I think it could have done with a bit more humor but other than that she was a gem. I recommend it to anyone.

How do you sleep through a movie?
You know, you just spend $10 for a nap.

And to put it out there...I recently saw 300.

Good, now read the comic. A lot of the political messages of the original were left out of the film, which makes me a sad polar bear.

Any idea where I might find said comics?

Oh, and I saw Number 23. It's a 7/10 for me. The movie had an interesting concept but didn't really deliver on the enigma that is 23. The storyline was interesting, if predictable, and developed smoothly enough. Good but not great.

You should be able to find it at pretty much any bookstore under the "Graphic Novels" section, really. It's a pretty popular comic.

Brotherhood of The Wolf

I haven’t watched a good French movie in a while, and this movie really grabbed my interest when I first heard about it. The casting was solid, especially the lead actor Samuel Le Bihan, who also had a phenomenal performance. The movie got a bit dull towards the end, but the rest of it was great.

I tried to watch it with the subtitles off but it’s been to long since I’ve taken a French course so I had to turn them on after 10 minutes.

I just saw Clockwork Orange. It was surreal. It was violent. It was filled with sexual images and innuendos. In other words, it was amazing. I laughed when he killed that old cat-lady with her giant penis.

I thought the lead actor was actually pretty ****ing amazing in his role. He had just the right face for it.

Raiders of the Lost Ark
My favourite action movie of all time, hope the fourth movie doesn't ruin the reputation of the rest since it won't be this good. 10

Aaron gave me an idea so I watched The Good, The Bad And the Ugly again tonight

I know every second of this movie out of my head, but it remains the best western ever made imo.

Underworld: Evolution

Not nearly as good as the first one, but still quite entertaining. And Kate Beckinsale is quite smexy

Stranger than Fiction

Anything with Will Ferrel in it is funny, but this one was a little more on the slightly serious side of things. Still a good movie though, not many dyrty jokes. :_(

7/10
