I haven't seen it yet, but I'm looking forward to it. I think it's worth pointing out that part of the reason the Iranians are so upset over the movie has to do with some rather unflattering statements Frank Miller has made in interviews about them; he's turned into something of a whackjob since 9/11. However, I'd say people reading political sentiments into the film are pretty daft, because everyone involved in the creation of the film itself has made it perfectly clear that they consider it an apolitical film, so it's a case of people reading meanings into a film that simply aren't there.

300 was awesome, a great adaptation of Frank Millers graphic novel based on the Battle of Thermopylae. The battle scenes are incredible and very stylish. A definate favourite with me!

No-one stops telling me how great this film is, and yet I have no money to go see it, and no speakers on my computer so I can't watch it on here either.

I don't think I've heard even one bad review of this film, and even though I know nothing about it, at all, (I didn't even know it existed until 4 weeks ago) I really really want to see it.

It was good, but nowhere near as good as people are saying, don't get your hopes too high. I'm sure you'll enjoy it but don't expect a masterpiece.

I liked it. Not quite as good as some claimed it would be but still worth the ticket price. The action was marvelous and the storyline, while predictable, kept me entertained.

I can't imagine I'll buy it though. Just not enough to keep my interest.
