Default Battlestar Galactica

Often touted as the best show on television, or more specifically, the best drama on televsion, the reincarnation of Battlestar Galactica on the Sci-Fi channel has gotten a lot of praise from its first two seasons, despite taking a nine month hiatus in the middle of the second.

The third season kicked off with a bang, as Adama rescued his people from the surface of New Caprica. Then the series started to slow down, focusing on a number of sideplots. The quest for the Eye of Jupiter gave it a little kick in the pants, and now we're beginning to close in on the Final Five and Starbuck's destiny.

So what do you think? Has the third season been a disappointment, or the best one yet? And what of Starbuck? Was Leoben right? Does Starbuck have a special destiny? Could Kara Thrace, in fact, be a Cylon?

old battlestar > new battlestar.

the stories are boring and it's too action based for me to rate it highly.

You like the old one better then the new one? You are such a dork.

You're English, though, so I guess I'll let you off this time.

hahaha, the older one has the retro feel to it. I can't help but love shows like Space 1999, Battlestar, Blake's 7 and Doctor Who. they show much more scope and imagination than modern sci-fi.
