That is one of the specials he made before and honestly without a doubt one of his best ever imo. Yes he has the show Mind of Mencia on Comedy Central, which is good and I love, but that show is actually an elaboration of his previous stand ups specials, which its how it started in the first place. It is absolutely hilarious of course, and it still going on strong, especially after his road show last year called “The Punisher”.

I had the privilege of meeting him in person when he came to Chicago, hehe & I even too pictars hugging him

That show live was so wickedly awesome, srsly I had to buy those damn tickets like 5 most in advance. Has anyone has seen stand up comedy live? Then you know its sooo worth it, especially to someone you admire.

He is so open to anything, bold and just speaks his mind that causes so much controversy because it has to do with racism, politics, and just everyting that comes to his mind about our society and that is what I absolutely love about him. No frikkin hair in his tongue, no stings attached; he just says is how it is without being a pussy about it and makes fun about it.

I love his slogan about the stupid people, “dee, dee, dee” hahahaha…

“And remember, if you ain’t laughing, you ain’t living!!!!!”

Yes his shows and his standup is AWESOME!!! I've seen a few and I've always wanted to meet him just to see if that was all but a persona he puts on.....still don't know though??

I know he's been grilled for stealing material from Ari Schiffer, Sam Kinison, Bill Cosby, and George Lopez, just to name a few. Whether it all happened or not is going to come down to one word against another, but I do think he's been pinned with the Schiffer accusation.

Schiffer ( known widely as The Amazing Racist character ) opened for Mencia one time, used a joke, then Mencia started using the joke and claimed to not remember Schiffer ever opening for him, which I think is pretty cold.

That and his real name is Ned, but whatever. xD

Ok, soooo as you plainly stated, said that pretty much speculations about who said what and that it really can’t really be proven because it’s solely based more on “he said she said” right?

Also, about his name being “Ned”? So again…what does that has to do with anything? Like no artist, performer or actor has changed their name before? Besides, is not like he hides it, he has it all open on his website. His Bio is all there for us to see xD

Either way, like I have pointed out before, I just appreciate his boldness about society more than ever, that is all like quote on quote:

I've been a fan of stand up for a long time now, and I heard his specials- And distinctly remembered hearing some jokes from other people years earlier. Now, that does happen and you can't always figure out who did what first, but eh, it just isn't original and it's boring. I saw one of his stand up specials from when he was younger, too, and it's JUST like the schtick he does now, which just doesn't really speak of a comedy genius. He's not funny.

Just because he makes fun of everyone and gets some people going "Oh no he didn't!" doesn't make him talented.

That skit with the midgets using their asses to win the basketball game? Horrible taste. He reminds me of the 16 year old boys who **** around in my art class.

Anyways, I honestly will admit that I love his dvd specials from the stand up shows better than the show now. As I had stated on my first post; all it is an elaboration of the things he used to talk about when he started from back then. Now, what he does is put it into an “acting perspective” to show the public, like from his point of view and how he wants us to see it, which to me it frikkin funny. Not everyone is going to like his taste on how he portrays himself, the way he expresses his views and he knows that; he actually loves reading the hate e-mails he gets and gets a kick out of it.

And up til now he’s been a success either way since his new season just started and obviously still with all the controversy he has caused, so I guess that’s that. =P

He used to be funny. Now he's just annoying. I used to like him for the reasons stated. "Bold, daring. blah blah."

Everytime I hear "de de de" I want to punch someone, everytime I see the short man I change the channel. He gets off on the surprise factor: "What? He actually said that? He's revolutionary! Let's all laugh, together now!" It's not a surprise anymore. His round face pops up and he speaks like he's about to pop a blood vessel, and he walks around like he is the ****.

As Joe Rogan said. He's a good performer with other people's material. first time I saw him he was alright but eventually I started thinking "Hey it's Chapelle's show but without the originality and replace the N word with beaner.


Also if I remember correctly, his name is actually a stage name. I know his first name is Ned something. Although other stars have done the same thing. Jon Stewart for one. His real name is Jon Stewardeihinz or something like that.

It happens all in the stand up circle really, Dane Cook steals from Louis C. K., Carlos Mencia steals from all the above.

The jokes are funny, but plagurizing is an assy way to win, and a cheater's way. It's quite easy to manipulate people when they think of you as hilarious and an idol.

As for de de de....it has to be on the most annoying wide spread jokes I have heard.
