Is anyone going to see this. It seems like a very action packed movie. It should be a good movie to see.

on the plus side, IGN says that Michael Bay did a decent job with it. On the down side, it is a Michael Bay film. I might go see it since it is the Transformers.

The movie looks so well done in the form of computer animation/CG

I'm gonna see it, cause of the realism :P That's the career I'm heading for, so yeah.

Ah yeah. I saw a few in sighter's of what went on behind the scenes.. They did very well in the sync between the live action stunts and the CG. It was done very well and the story is supposed to be done well too. But the original 80's movie will still be the best in my books..
even if they killed Optimus Prime in the first 15 mins...
I just saw it. It was very impressive, better than I thought it would be.

I might see it, but I'm not expecting much 'cause it's Michael Bay.

It was good, but yeah, it's Micheal Bay, so don't expect anything but a pure action flick, which is exactly what it was. Definitely a fun summer movie.

I liked it. Bay did a decent job with it. The only thing that would have made it better was if Bay didn't whore it up with advertising. I can understand showing off who makes the cars but honestly, was that shot where the one woman holds up the microprocessor where the audience can clearly see the Panasonic label really needed?

I hear that. I am no fan of product placement. But it was still fun. It was poorly paced, though thats understandable considering it is a Micheal Bay action film, and dialogue is pretty much just used to space out the explosions. Though the scene at Sam's house when all the Autobots are hanging out and his mom asks him if he's been masturbating was pretty funny.

Eh, it was pretty good - especially for Bay.

CGI - good.
'Splosions - Plentiful.
Product Placement - Frequent.
Plot - lol.

Soundtrack was decent enough, but the same songs and same pieces of the score were frequently used more than once.

It delivered everything that I expected, and kept me entertained for two and a half hours, so I definitely can't complain.

yeah but the song used over and over again (What I've Done-Linkin Park) is my favorite song, so I didn't mind that at ALL. it's like my favorite movie right now.
